Very apt for me today too. Just got this morning how much I’ve been thinking “this isn’t it” and “this isn’t it” for the last few weeks. So I created the possibility of enjoyment and gratitude, and today’s been very different.

About the link people create between Landmark and being mindful or Zen in particular … Landmark’s courses draw very much on the thinking of the German philosopher, Martin Heidegger, and Heidegger was also greatly admired among Zen Buddhists in Japan.

I cant thank the landmark forum enough and the amazing people I met over the course of the three days. Sometimes when you think your issues are bad, there are people out there who have issues of such a higher scale and it puts your life into perspective and you realise “hey it’s not that bad!”. In saying that, learning to let go of such anger and hatred takes a huge load off your shoulders. Walking around, smiling at everyone, and not judging nor fear being judged! The only thing I regret is not being able to do the course sooner and getting the chance to say good bye to my dad, but I trust that he heard me read the letter i wrote to him.

And to my dad, may you rest in peace!
